Men's Volleyball: Recruitment Class of 2025

Kolton Wildeman

"Kolton is a great addition to our program to kick off our 2025 recruiting class. He's got a great build for the opposite position, a high volleyball IQ, and a fiery competitive nature that will serve him well at this level. We identified Kolton early in the process and his fast twitch style will suit him quite well in the PACWEST. Kolton can't get enough volleyball. He's coming to us from the Rustlers club in Lloydminster, Alberta where he's getting great coaching and is one of those guys that's always looking to improve. Our business program at the College appealed to Kolton and he saw the opportunity to move West from the prairies to pursue post-secondary. I'm excited to have him in our gym."

Jared Rilling

"Jared Rilling is someone we have been working on as a recruit for about a year now. We started contact in the middle of his grade 11 year and identified him as an Outside Hitter we wanted to prioritize in this class. He has the body type, skill set and internal motivation that we are looking for. Jared is athletic and long at 6'4 and has a high volleyball IQ, but I love how fiery and competitive he is on the court. Jared just won an Alberta 3A high school provincial title last month with his Strathmore High School team and he's been well-coached both in school sport and with the Lions Club in Calgary. Jared likes our small college style and Kinesiology program and projects to be an impact outside in the PACWEST. I'm absolutely thrilled to add him to our program next fall."

Lincoln Bowen

"Lincoln is a great pickup for us now and for the future. He's a smooth, steady and consistent outside with a great skill base. He exudes a quiet confidence and comes to our team with a great work ethic, having played for the JR Bisons program out of Winnipeg. Lincoln comes from a great volleyball family and his academic plans to do the COTR Business Degree will keep him as a mainstay of our team for a long time."
